NOTICE TO ALL

Hey everyone, unfortunately I've been very ill since Monday 1st, so sorry
about that everyone. The files have been sent off and the newspaper should
have been delivered on wednesday but I'm not sure what's going on as I
was sick for so long.

I'll be back on monday and then i'll sort everything out with the printing company
and such, so the paper will have to be released next week.

So, there's a meeting next thursday and see you all then!

HEY EVERYBODY!

Hey everyone, update again on what's going on!
Right, I've finally got all the pieces together more or less with the
exception of a few (Olola, femi *ahem*) but it's all coming together now!
I also managed to find a copy of publisher 2007 on the internet for free xD
so i can edit it at home now.

I managed to find a printing company and it seems to be within budget, so
that side's coming along quite well. Just a couple more things;

David, give me the article on thursday
Olola, finish the article by tomorrow (thursday)
Femi, get your stuff on a memory stick by tomorrow too.
Katrina, bring your really random comic along.

O.K, thanks for all the hard work and effort guys - first issue nearly done!

-Well, heres the progress on the newspaper so far.

News section, more or less finished, reviews done,

sports section nearly finished and entertainment can

be done fairly quickly. Issues still left;

-Finding printing company (should be done by 27th latest)

-Getting photos of that camera guy Chris.

So if Yanna could just send me her materials then it's all good. well done

all.

Entertainment and News Section

Hi, I've decided Fatima should be in charge of Entertainment so could you quickly find some stuff to put together like horoscopes, sudoku, crosswords, wordsearches etc.?

Also, to Veronica/Yanna, hows the news section coming along? if 2 pages is too long shorten the youth crime feature to 1 page and I'll find something for the rest.

*EVERYONE* please try to hand in your work as soon as possible to me by email, which is bernardo.zhang@gmail.com or if you can't then find me at school somewhere and I'll get my memory stick to work.

right, so I've set it up so that anyone should be able to post blogs without having to register a google account and i think i've more or less got the hang of this blogging site..

So, let's get this sorted out - you can leave links here for any completed works, i.e. upload to sendspace and download a link. For example, try downloading this; http://www.sendspace.com/file/eb26vr - don't worry its not a virus :P

Remember, the deadline should most likely be this thursday, and the editors in charge of the sections are as follows;

*note to editors* - remember to check for grammar mistakes and stuff. the dimensions are 29x36cm, go under publisher 2003 -> blank publications -> posters -> file -> page setup
News covers 2 pages with the feature on youth crime thingy,[ +1 more page on general news?]
Reviews covers 2 pages with reviews
Sports covers one page for now
Entertainment also covers one page
